she is an adult and 21... plus obviously rich enough to attend college and somehow maintain that mansion, pay the taxes, utilities, buy food and booze, pay for clothes for that many people, and she doesn't have a job (other than mothering/sheep-dogging that herd of monsters).

She looked a lot younger, plus, it feels rather that these monsters are her surrogate parents, then her sheep-dogging them. LOL. Also, them trying to get her married felt so oddly familiar... (hearing a faint whisper, hey, is your son alright? I mean, he's straight, right?)

you did mention that g@y misconception in a previous post. my condolences. :) i got the 'not married, not dating, no kids, why?' question at Thanksgiving when i went to visit my closest relatives for that day every year. but they did stop that three years ago when i explained the entire reasoning behind that decision on my part for about 30 minutes. :) details, devil in them and whatnot. :D

yes! i do get the 'mothering/smothering' feel from her monsters. especially the hairpin lady and Haori the blond with glasses. as to the sheep-dogging... i get that because sometimes SHE acts like THEIR mother sometimes. :D such a truly quirky 'family' situation hmm? :D

My relatives are very catholic. They are antisem., homophobic, xenophobic, mysogynic, and my uncle still had an arranged marriage! (he and his brothers banged a blackout drunk apprentice and she got pregnant, thus one had to take the fall) Plus, they are complete hypocrites, which makes them even more catholic...
They can't stand pregnancies out of wedlock, can't stand remaining childless, or the opposite: being a blood traitor. Again, the one who was a member of the Wehrmacht, a war criminal, and most definitely a psychopath was the most tolerant of my relatives. I miss him. The others don't miss me, because to them I'm dead... (because I failed to comply to their norms; my mother is the one exception, but the rest I probably will never see again)
PS: that arranged marriage was not a punishment, but meant to maintain the family honour, just as it would be the case with islamic conventions and similar to them, the questionable consent, was irrelavant, but the fact that a child would be born as a B-stard was the catastrophe... Why do religious people always act like this? If there was a god, he would be probably very busy striking all those hypocrites down...

I don't think it's difficult of an analogy for them to have to change from a direct translation.

Lol I like how Hyouma subverted Kadomori's expectation, he thought he kill Yagen then show a moment of weakness but he saves her and then cancels his attack before approaching him to end the fight. It is too bad he is too simple though, he fell for Kadomori's lie but I guess his simpleness is part of his charm lol.

Botan and Hyouma's reaction when Yagen thought they were a couple was amusing. Interesting how Hyouma said "yet" when saying they weren't in a relationship, so he's definitely open to the idea lol.
